Code Issues Packages Projects Releases Wiki Activity

Added a basic wiki. This is in tandum with the push to 0.8.0.

Browse Source 
The wiki is going to be used as the main project management system.
Utilizing vimwiki, taskwiki, and task inside of neovim will make keeping
track of ideas, bugs, & fixes.
